Learn the fundamentals of Olympic lifting starting from the base; DEADLIFTS, SQUATS, OVERHEAD PRESSES. Proper positioning that best fits you, bar movement paths that compliments your body biomechanics and a training plan that will guide you to progression. Onto your CLEAN, CLEAN & JERK, SNATCH. A small group class of only 6 members each time, ensuring detailed attention and correction for each member of the class. Enjoy the process, learn new skill sets, and find your new tipping point.
