Service Description

A LITE version of our regular FOCUS class, for our lunch time go-getters. Still consisting of all bodyweight and loaded mobility movements to get you primed for your main workout. Getting a 60 minute session of mix modal strength output; compound movements, accessory work and skill movements comprising all your strength needs and requirements. Ready to continue on with the second half of your day, feeling energised, recharged and motivated to take on whatever challenges are to come. FINISH. PROUD.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule, please do so 10 HOURS before the time of your class. Any cancellation done after will be deem as LATE cancellation and a forfeit of the class credit.
