Strength training class with detailed fundamentals in compound movements and specialised lifting techniques. PUSH, PULL, LOWER. UPPER, FULL BODY SPLITS. DEADLIFT, SQUAT, OVERHEAD PRESS, BENCH PRESS. CLEAN. JERK. SNATCH. Full 75 minutes consists of a thorough mobility warm-up tuned to the programme for the day — ensuring one is all fluid for the movements as well as precise understanding in class details. Followed by your main workout; comprising of strength based movements, that involves building power, muscle, and functional strength. Stimulate your muscles and central nervous system further with accessory movements and equipments proven to bring you to new heights. Each member will a FOCUS profile, so that we can keep track of your progress together, as well as a better understanding of your FOCUS journey. Cool down with breath work and mobility routines, ensuring the body and mind is feeling refreshed and energised. FINISH PROUD." Full 60 minutes compromises of a thorough mobility and cardiovascular warm up aligned to your main workout, follow by a main conditioning program. There’s no hiding in PACE, this is where hard work happens. By performing varied movements, at high intensity, PACE will see you making progress in all areas of health and functional fitness. Prepare to test your endurance and explosive output when you tackle our cardio machines — assault bike, rower, skier and ERG bike. EMOMs, AMRAPs, TABATHA, HIFT, FARTLEK. These machines are then intertwined with weight sequences and time; the ultimate playground for bodyweight, kettlebell, dumbbell and our specially customised functional fitness equipments.
