Strength training class with detailed fundamentals in compound movements and specialised lifting techniques. PUSH, PULL, LOWER. UPPER, FULL BODY SPLITS. DEADLIFT, SQUAT, OVERHEAD PRESS, BENCH PRESS. CLEAN. JERK. SNATCH. Full 75 minutes consists of a thorough mobility warm-up tuned to the programme for the day — ensuring one is all fluid for the movements as well as precise understanding in class details. Followed by your main workout; comprising of strength based movements, that involves building power, muscle, and functional strength. Stimulate your muscles and central nervous system further with accessory movements and equipments proven to bring you to new heights. Each member will a FOCUS profile, so that we can keep track of your progress together, as well as a better understanding of your FOCUS journey. Cool down with breath work and mobility routines, ensuring the body and mind is feeling refreshed and energised. FINISH PROUD.
