A LITE version of our regular PACE class, for our lunch time go getters. Still comprising of all bodyweight and loaded mobility movements to get you primed for your main workout. Getting a 45 minute session of mix modal cardiovascular output; explosiveness, muscle endurance, and steady state workouts to challenge oneself but still feel great after the session. Ready to continue on with the second half of your day, feeling energised, recharged and motivated to take on whatever challenges are to come. FINISH. PROUD.
