Yes, you can. Package suspensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis (with a minimum pause period of 7 days or more) such as medical related issues or travel. Proof for the suspension will be required.

You can cancel your Membership at any time by writing in to us. The cancellation will take effective 2 weeks from the date of notification to us. At any point of cancellation, the non-refundable policy still applies.

Please note the minimum commitment of the Package type. The commitment is defined by the total number of payments made e.g. total 3 months of payments for a 3 months commitment period.

Early cancellation of the package will result in an one-off charge equal to the remainder of the commitment period.
