  • Can I put my Membership on hold
    Yes, you can. Package suspensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis (with a minimum pause period of 7 days or more) such as medical related issues or travel. Proof for the suspension will be required.
  • Cancellation of Membership
    You can cancel your Membership at any time by writing in to us. The cancellation will take effective 2 weeks from the date of notification to us. At any point of cancellation, the non-refundable policy still applies. Please note the minimum commitment of the Package type. The commitment is defined by the total number of payments made e.g. total 3 months of payments for a 3 months commitment period. Early cancellation of the package will result in an one-off charge equal to the remainder of the commitment period.

    Our hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.
