  • Can I put my Membership on hold
    Yes, you can but there is a limit to twice for up to 3 months (both periods combined) in a 12-month period. If there is a requirement to put on hold the Membership for a longer period of time, it has to be for reasons e.g., travel, medical, or hardship reasons but with proof to our reasonable satisfaction.
  • Cancellation of Membership
    You can cancel your Membership at any time by writing in to us. The cancellation will take effective 2 weeks from the date of notification to us. At any point of cancellation, the non-refundable policy still applies For illustration purposes, if the cancellation notified to us is on 22 January 2023, the effective date of cancellation will be 4th February 2023. You will be entitled to book classes and use the studio's facilities for the intent for the classes till end of February 2023 and membership will be chargeable till end of February 2023.

  • When does my plan start?
    For the trial package, your package will begin as soon as you make your payment, while for the rest of the packages, you'll get to pick the date! Stay tuned for more membership programmes to be released!
  • Do you have shower facilities?
    Yes we do!
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends.
