I like to say I’m a full time mum, part time coach. It doesn’t mean I don’t prioritize my clients, if you know me, you’ll know that when I do something I go all in.
I have a colourful sporting background, which always had weightlifting and functional fitness as core principals to training.
Never a fan of P.E, but all I needed was one session at a group class, and everything changed for me!!
So let me guide you on yours!
I love training and I love the sun. But I can't say that I enjoy doing both of these activities at the same time!
