THE TIRE FLIP

The Tire Flip develops power by creating explosive hip action but at the same time minimising bicep tears through putting you in positions to benefit from better techniques, hip drive, and trip extension. 

THE TEAM SLED

The Team Sled aims to mimic proper sprint mechanics and at the same time build teamwork through competition.
